I own a company that sells sports equipment. Most of our business is export. We export mainly to the Persian Gulf countries and we waste a lot of time and energy on bureaucracy. Specifically, in obtaining a certificate of origin for goods, the state does nothing to help us. The problem is that, even though we export more or less the same items (95% of which are items that we have certainly exported before), we have to obtain certificates over and over again. This is time-consuming and our customers are impatient, demanding and uncompromising. The solution would be to obtain certificates in advance (at least for those items that have already been exported) and then subsequently provide everything required for the certificate.
