Dear Sir or Madam. According to Article 17 of the Act on the Prevention of Undeclared Work and Employment, a person with whom the owner or co-owner of a micro-enterprise or an institution or a self-employed person is related in the first degree of consanguinity to the first knee may assist in the work when an increased amount of work is involved. I would like to know what the situation is with the above-mentioned assistance if the person concerned is a pensioner (mother or father) who receives an invalidity pension (1st level). More specifically, the question is: In which article and law can I find the legal basis prohibiting such work, as everyone at the ZPIZ interprets things in their own way.
