As a s.p. I work abroad and I am annoyed by the complicated procedure of obtaining E 101 forms, which workers need to work abroad, because if I hire a new worker and the previous employer did not pay his health insurance contributions or did not arrange it himself, I do not get the E 101 form immediately and I would have to wait for 1 month to get it, and I do not do business in Slovenia and the worker would be a burden to me because of the high contributions, which range from € 300 to € 380. I therefore propose that the E 101 forms be regulated so that they can be obtained as soon as the worker is registered with the employer's ZZZS, regardless of whether or not the worker has previously had health insurance. Since I have already had to turn away many people who would like to work because of these procedures, and since I would thus also be contributing to reducing unemployment in Slovenia, and since a great many entrepreneurs have problems with this, the Government could regulate this law so that we no longer have problems with this.
