Hello. In the case of income tax on additional income from employment, the decision implies that separate contributions for health insurance and income tax have to be paid into two sub-accounts of the State. In my opinion, in this way the State is creating an unnecessary administrative burden for the citizen and is incurring unnecessary costs (each transfer requires a fee to the bank). Why not transfer the total levy to one State account and have the levies allocated to different sub-accounts in the budget?
