I suggest that normal working hours be introduced in all public administrations, courts, etc. Office hours should be Monday to Friday when they are in office. I do not understand why, in most cases, they only have office hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There is no good reason for the shortened office hours.  This is also the working hours that have been adopted by utility companies, electricity companies, etc. This will make many tasks easier.
