Dear Sir or Madam.
This year I bought a house in phase 3 of construction, which has all the connections to the house. It took me more than 2 months, €604 and at least 4 different forms to get the permit for the electrical connection (building/building). It took me a minimum of 3 weeks for each answer. Is this really necessary, given that the electrician only needed 10 minutes to make the connection afterwards? People who should have been in their place during office hours did not answer the publicly published numbers, were not in the offices, etc. I hope that you will be able to change this, because we ordinary citizens cannot help feeling that this procedure is only designed to give some bureaucrats a job.
