I propose to delete the provisions in the Town and Country Planning Act that allow the municipality to have the right of pre-emption.
Reason: the issuance of certificates on ( not ) the exercise of the municipality's pre-emption right in the sale of immovable property is an unnecessary bureaucratic obstacle.
