My child is finishing kindergarten and starting school. As a parent, I am obliged to withdraw him/her from kindergarten and inform the Social Work Centre on another form. I have filled in these two forms. Unfortunately, I notified the CSD too early (mid-May for the 30.06.2014 withdrawal). I therefore had to cancel the request with a letter and send it a month later (the same withdrawal notice). So four forms/letters instead of one. I suggest that CSD should have such a computer program that is connected to the kindergartens and allow them to receive the documents, even if the change comes into effect in e.g. 1 or 2 months. So changing/upgrading one computer program would solve everything.
