I propose to simplify the way you deal with the Health Insurance Fund of Slovenia. A personal visit to the ZZZS during office hours to report a change in the compulsory health insurance is a redundant and time and personnel consuming step. It could be simplified by electronic transactions with ZZZS, e.g. by means of a digital certificate. Alternatively, it seems reasonable to consider the possibility of automatically changing the data with the Health Insurance Fund when the employment relationship is terminated or when registering with the Employment Service.
