Hello. Since 2010, I have found that my property has been over-assessed for the area in which I live. In relation to neighbouring land and buildings, I have everything rated higher than others. I even have part of my land valued at 2x, but it is on rough terrain. Let me make it clear in a nutshell; this is one plot of land measuring 1467m2, on which there is an apartment house, a woodshed and a yard, all together measuring 575m2, the rest of the land I had registered in the land register as pasture. I know that all the land has been changed and that the municipalities, with their environmental plan, have changed the use of the land as they see fit, and I might add that we have been a little bit short-changed.But to come back to the point I started with: when the house was valued, all the land was included in the price (1476m2). Then they classified one part of the land (497m2) as agricultural land with 33 rating points, and assessed the cadastre (initially at €0.45), but after the new one they raised it to €2.34, but why I don't know. I have also found that I have been given a level that is too high.I have contacted all the relevant institutions, but to no avail. So I am asking you if you can help me to solve this problem, or at least tell me who can help me.
