I am petitioning the Ministry of Finance to eliminate the disproportion between the percentage of taxation on flats -0.15 and garages -0.50 or other small buildings. By what logic will we pay more tax on these buildings than if we have more flats. Flats cannot be compared to garages in terms of standard. Such a disproportion is unacceptable, and we will be covering the hole and paying instead of the rich again. The tax rate should be lower than for flats and cottages.
