I propose that we receive the pension and health insurance invoice by post.  The bills do not come regularly, sometimes we are abroad, etc.I would also like to receive other bills by mail, for example for income tax. Lifestyles are increasingly mobile and the best contact with taxpayers is by post.I would also suggest more effective websites, for example for the government's portal for the elderly.I would suggest complementary training for staff to better advise and share responsibilities....  When we suggest something we only get the answer "I.. am just... "We would like to see a rule that obliges officials to answer. Sometimes a thank you would be enough to keep the contact going.Please also reply if you manage to do something. I do not want to support the EU's empty wishes. I want action.
