OPTION 1:1.) All workers registered with the Employment Service must open a sole proprietorship, 2.) Each worker with his/her own s.p. can work freely as he/she chooses for any employer according to a mutual contract as much as he/she wants, each one pays his/her own contributions and all other taxes, with a simple and transparent accounting system understandable to anyone who has done elementary school and knows how to add and subtract, and at the end of the year VAT is paid on the difference between the invoices received and the invoices issued, and the recognised labour costs (salary and material costs), which would be enough to be 10%.3.) S.p.- accounting system.4.) All activities concerning labour needs and the orientation of the self-employed to work, as well as the necessary additional training and assistance, should be managed by the Employment Service.5.) Employers should publish profiles of labour needs with the Employment Service, which informs potential self-employed of the needs - this can be done electronically, by telephone or in writing.6..) Currently, the unemployed are paid by the Employment Service the difference between the income generated by the unemployed person and the minimum social amount of approx. €600, which would be tax-free and non-contributory.7.) All employers larger than a sole proprietorship pay unemployment contributions of say 0.25% per month to the Employment Service.OPTION 2:1.) Workers who are at the technological peak of the company should be immediately transferred to the Employment Service and be compensated equally at the social minimum of approx. 600€, regardless of their education and previous income, until they are employed.2.3.) Employers should employ all workers as needed, without pre-determining the duration of employment, with the Employment Service playing the role of labour amortiser. The notice periods can only be up to 14 days, which is the time limit for the worker to register with the Employment Service. In short, recruitment should be simplified as much as possible. We only need the Labour Act, not the Employment Relations Act, and work is anything that someone does for material gain.
