The additional requirements are very burdensome and a disincentive to entrepreneurship. - In the case of salaries, we also have to report reimbursements of expenses up to the government regulation for each worker: meals, transport, travel expenses, severance payments for dismissal, retirement severance payments, jubilee bonuses, solidarity grants. - We also report once a month all reimbursements of travel expenses by individual: separately for the amount of daily subsistence allowances received, mileage, overnight accommodation paid and all other reimbursements paid in cash or by service card. - Additional data on the REK forms; Lines have been added for: o workers aged 60+, o workers meeting the retirement age condition, o permanent employees, o employees under the Labour Market Intervention Act. o A new calculation and display of the contribution of the Social Insurance Institution (ZZ) from the minimum base established by the Social Insurance Act (ZPIZ-2- I-REK): Dependent family members for whom a deduction is taken into account during the year must be reported on an ongoing basis - monthlyThe amount of the deduction must be reported monthly (general, special)- Subcontracts, author's contracts, sessional feesZPIZ-2 introduced a contribution for disability as a result of occupational injury and occupational disease, which is levied on all individual income of natural persons earned for work in legal relationships under which the recipients of income are not compulsorily insured.From 1 February 2014, we also levy a health insurance contribution for occupational injuries and diseases.
