As I recently started a new job, I had to provide my new employer with a length of service certificate. When I asked for the certificate at the ZZZS Škofja Loka branch, they referred me to ZPIZ Kranj, because ZZZS Škofja Loka can only issue a statement of insurance period. Before I actually went, however, I called ZPIZ Kranj beforehand and was told that I could get the form on the internet and that I should send it by e-mail and that I could expect a reply within 5 days. I wonder why it is necessary to contact several addresses for one certificate and lose so much time in the process, and why it takes so long to issue one certificate?
This should be simplified as a matter of urgency.
