I propose that when personal data (first name, last name, address) is changed, this data is automatically updated in the Land Register.  The current procedure places an unnecessary burden both on the citizens who have to make these arrangements at the Land Registry and on the officials who have to process these applications.  Since everyone knows exactly when their data is changed, there is also no need to inform the property owner of the update, which also eliminates the cost of postal services.
