Hello. We have a lot of enforcement actions against our company for non-payment of invoices. As a consequence, we also make enquiries at the competent administrative units for the residence and EMN of our debtors. Although we have a note on each letter stating that they can also send us the information electronically, we do not receive this, but only by ordinary mail. We would also like to send the enquiries electronically ourselves, but there are no specific e-mail addresses available in the individual administrative units. As we usually have only 15 days to obtain the data from each administrative unit, I believe that this would be a quicker, and above all more efficient and cheaper, procedure for transmitting the data.
