I move abroad every few months and would like to be in control of registering and de-registering my permanent residence via e-Government. The address for service should also be configurable for abroad. At the moment I have to deal with registering with the UE in Slovenia or via email etc.  It seems that the Tax Administration uses a different address database for service, as they send letters to my old address in the Netherlands and I do not receive them. I hope you can simplify this "morass" of different address databases for service and put it in the hands of the residents so that they can register themselves.
