I am forwarding a proposal regarding the sending of health insurance cards to newborn babies. The cards should be sent to the insurance carrier (mother or father), not to the newborn by registered mail. How should the newborn pick up such registered mail.
The postman is breaking the law if he hands the parcel to the parents, who want the birth certificate, but on which there is no information other than the mother's or father's name and surname (EMN, date of birth).
Example: there are two of us in Kamnik with the same first and last name.
