Hello. I would like to inform you that DURS is sending/issuing reminders too quickly. There are several cases where clients receive a reminder AFTER PAYMENT OF ALL OBLIGATIONS, because the IT system has no filter (say 3 days) and reminders are sent even on the same day as the person has settled the obligations, but the case has not yet been booked. This creates considerable frustration for the debtors and often has an impact on their continued distrust of state institutions. We request that the matter be referred for priority resolution.
