The entrepreneur can be up and running in 5 minutes, and within a few days the bank informs him that the company is also officially registered with AJPES and that he has to check the data to see if they are in order. The bank advisor has all the powers to correct all the data for the bank's clients - DURS, AJPES, COURT, etc.
In the background of this, the DURS, the court and AJPES could probably also automate certain bookkeeping and optimise the routes and number of data and documents.
