My proposal to cut red tape is as follows:
Local elections will be held in 2014. Question 1 on the ballot paper should read - DO YOU WANT A SELF-ADAPTING MUNICIPALITY? This question should be asked in all municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants. It is very wasteful for a municipality with less than 6 000 inhabitants to have almost 30 employees.
