Stop bureaucracy and the grey economy at once! We have after-hours s.p.s. for which we pay minimal contributions and which can only be run by employees, which in today's circumstances is a pure lapsus. Change this afternoon s.p. so that any citizen of the Republic of Slovenia can open one, regardless of their status (unemployed, student, pensioner ....), just so that they can earn money legally. Instead of a contribution, the same tax should be paid monthly (e.g. €35/month) and the limit should be e.g. the monthly earnings should not exceed the minimum wage. If people do not take advantage of this, the penalty in case of illegal business should be e.g. 12 times the average wage in the Republic of Slovenia. This way we kill several birds with one stone: we "legalise" all earnings in a simple way, we don't bureaucratise (such a s.p. has to be set up in one day), all other forms of complementary work disappear (we don't need more student work, complementary activities,.), we stop the grey economy and get an insight into how much extra an individual can earn and therefore spend (which is again a plus for the state and its cash flow) and we do not overwork more people. Whoever wants to work and create. But if it exceeds the income, the minimum wage per month, then the person should turn the after-hours s.p. into a real one and get a job. This would also make it easier for many young entrepreneurs to start their own business, because they would not immediately incur huge costs at the start of their business and could concentrate more on their idea. Many a grandmother would improve her status and spend more, many an unemployed person would be able to get a short-term "job" and try out a potential employer or future business partner, and entrepreneurs would benefit from this type of cooperation for quick and short-term projects - without the bureaucracy and the long queues, the selection of employees and the costs. The whole cycle of people would have a knock-on effect on public finances and bureaucracy. LET'S NOT COMPLICATE THINGS, LET'S MAKE THE MOST OF WHAT WE HAVE. Let's give legal freedom to the people - let's be better at something for once and above all first !
