I propose that the law be reviewed and revised. For me, it is unconstitutional because it is too long (92 pages, approx. 430 articles) and therefore opaque and incomprehensible. After one year, the programmers have still not managed to draw up a programme for calculating pensions. The same applies to calculating contributions. For me personally, it is unconstitutional because it cuts either my right to work or my right to a pension, because I have a pensioner's s.p. By banning s.p., the State will give up all the contributions we pay and close down a few thousand s.p.'s. Has an economic calculation been made of the consequences of this closure, as required by the EU directive? And how does this fit in with supporting the economy and, in my case, for passing on 50 years of industrial experience to young engineers?
