Civil servants who are eligible to apply for the call for tenders must attach the following documents to their written application: 1. a copy of a valid contract of employment 2. a certificate from the employer's human resources department indicating the address of the post in which the civil servant is employed 3. a certificate from the employer's personnel department stating the tariff grade in which the post occupied by the civil servant is classified 4. a certificate from the employer's human resources department stating the total length of service of the civil servant in the civil service The written application for the allocation of housing, together with the other documents required under the conditions of the call for applications, must be sent by the civil servant no later than 18.10.2013 to the following address:
