I believe that the above form should be supplemented with more sections for ammunition. An individual may have several licences to possess (different calibers) and have to fill in several forms, thus incurring more costs which are unnecessary. For all calibres, one could submit one application and obtain one acquisition licence.

In the age of computerised public administration and its ever more rapid development, the jurisdiction of the administrative unit in which a person resides has become obsolete. Many people work in other locations outside the administrative unit in which they reside, and coming in person to make an application is an additional expense and an unnecessary waste of time, which could probably be arranged in another (closer to the work) administrative unit. Similar to how this can be arranged for registration etc.
