Dear Sir or Madam!I am one of those who have been refused technical assistance by decision. The reason is not reporting the number of bee colonies. I would like to know the following:- whether electronic reporting of the number of bee colonies is equivalent to sending written forms (according to the law on electronic commerce and electronic signature it is!). I am one of those who used the MKO application to report the number of colonies (several times for the same date) in 2012 and also this year. I would like to ask you if you could direct me to the address where I could obtain the official date of my first e-reporting of the number of colonies to the MKO. I would like to add that in 2012 I received two medications from the NVI (official body) and both times I reported the number of colonies to the NVI when I received them. The same has already happened again this year (and all this colloboration with the administration for us beginners and "micro" beekeepers with up to 10 colonies). - Why doesn't the agency worker, when visiting the apiary, also take stock of the number of colonies, if he already photographs all the equipment, checks the invoices, writes the minutes, etc.? Wouldn't such a procedure by the official also mean the removal of administrative obstacles and isn't this also an unnecessary burden on the beekeepers (age structure)?- do I understand correctly that the procedure will be partially renewed in these holiday days? (I applied for technical assistance)- moreover, my decision was not accompanied by any instructions on how to proceed further!
