As a citizen, I find it completely incomprehensible why the EcoFund, on the basis of one of their internal tariff rules, charges entrepreneurs 60 euros for a credit application form with tender documentation. In an age of highly developed information technology (also in Slovenia), the state, through its own company, charges us for something that should be available to everyone free of charge. In general, the whole EcoFund tariff regulation is just a waste of money and should be abolished. Above all, there are too many bureaucratic requirements in the granting of credits and subsidies by the EcoFund. With the already excessive requirements for proof, officials go overboard in distrusting the documents delivered. The contractor gives you an original invoice and the invoice says that the service has been carried out and paid for, so why not trust that? Why is it necessary to add to the application or bring separate receipts for payment to the contractor? Why is the contractor's declaration that the service has actually been provided not trusted, and why is it necessary to bring in pictures of facades, roofs, firehouses and so on?Given that the EcoFund's purpose is to promote and develop environmental protection by providing loans or guarantees for environmental investments and other forms of assistance, it is not fulfilling its mission by putting up bureaucratic red tape, and the way it operates needs to be urgently reviewed and brought closer to us, the users.
