Companies that send their employees abroad must obtain an A1 form from the Health Insurance Fund (ZZZS) on the basis of a completed questionnaire. The submission of this questionnaire does not exist in electronic form, which I believe could be realised via e-administration.Nevertheless, I would like to clarify why the ZZZS refuses to accept scanned (stamped and signed) forms that could be sent to their e-mail address, as the General Administrative Procedure Act gives us the possibility to do so.The personal submission of the questionnaires filled in by the company causes us time delays and, of course, travel costs. I would therefore kindly ask you to at least clarify whether the scanned, signed and stamped questionnaires can be sent to the SIC.
