Proposal: To set mandatory deadlines for issuing consents, as is currently the case, but for these authorities to get their own house in order, because there is still a problem at the Slovenian Environment Agency and elsewhere. Let me give you an example, they require a flood study for the development of an attic flat which is about 12m above ground level (within an existing block in the estate). There is a lot of this, from the fact that they require this study for every simple, unpretentious building, to the fact that they do not even look at and decide on the substance of whether an intervention has an impact on the water and the state of the water.... If the legislation were to be regulated and the mindset of the "officials" changed, this problem could be solved very quickly, because this is the basis of the economy and the economy. These procedures should be carried out quickly, professionally and in an orderly manner. This needs to be sorted out now, at a time of crisis, in order to reduce the cost to the state, because at present these procedures take too long and are too expensive.
