Hello. I propose to allow the payment of fines - tickets or, more professionally, payment orders issued by the Police - at Police Stations in cash or by credit card, without any additional fee. More or less every Police Station has a police officer on duty and is open 24 hours a day (it is also true that on-call services are being abolished) and this measure could ensure a higher percentage of fines paid and thus less custodial measures. It would also make it easier for foreigners who do not necessarily have enough cash on them to pay their fines, which would speed up the process for police officers in the field, as they would simply take the foreigner to the police station to pay with a payment card. The same could be arranged for other public services, e.g. Customs Administration, Tax Administration, because debts to the State could also be paid at the counter of these services..... Given that the matter has been successfully implemented at the Administrative Units, I see no reason why it should not be introduced elsewhere.
