Recipients of cash benefits from the Employment Service should be integrated into the labour market free of charge while they are receiving benefits.
Companies could be provided with additional labour, which could then be integrated into regular employment or recommended for further employment after the expiry of the benefit.
This would also significantly reduce undeclared work.
