Collection of signatures for the referendum request without interference from the Administrative Units
It is unconstitutional for the executive branch of government to control and influence the process of collecting 40 000 signatures through the Administrative Units, as the referendum is entirely a legislative process.
It would be a relief to all if the Administrative Units were disbanded, in Switzerland the signatures are checked by the local authorities after they have been submitted by the voters "on the street".

2. user initiative

I propose to allow signatures of support for
- referendum
- an election candidate (individual or political party)
by post without having to sign at the administrative unit. I believe that signing in front of an official at the administrative unit is an unnecessary administrative burden. A signature is equally valid if you do it at home or in front of an official.
