I propose that it should be possible for companies to enter data on the financial performance of companies once via a single portal (say, AJPES) for all tax, financial and accounting areas, at least for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. It is very important that the databases are comparable and synchronised on line, so that errors and significant discrepancies between different reports or information can be identified automatically and on an ongoing basis between the different users of the reports - the government portals (tax administration, customs administration, statistical office, Bank of Slovenia, Ajpes, ....). ), which allows for better quality in data entry by taxable persons and later in control and supervision by the State. At present, these state institutions each have their own database, but they are not comparable with each other on-line, which causes considerable difficulties in reconciling them and explaining the differences at both micro and macro level. There is also a lack of uniformity, different understanding and definition of the same categories in the different financial reports. E.g. Statistical Office of Slovenia and accounting reports in Ajpes. Such a reporting method for companies would also enable faster detection of fictitious, untrue financial and tax reports already at the very data entry by the taxable persons' users by means of logical controls ( e.g. comparison of the VAT return form with the annual profit and loss account in terms of value added compared to the average of the sector, industry) or by requesting an explanation, a commentary for significant deviations from the average, standard, norm, etc., immediately at the time of data entry, without exception, without the exception of a commentary for the significant deviations from the average, standard, norm, etc.
