I propose a corresponding change in the administrative treatment of the urgent medical referral. Namely, if the patient does not come for an examination within 24 hours, i.e. if he is only 1 minute late, the doctor will no longer take him for an examination, because the referral is blocked in the system, regardless of the fact that it has been issued for a period of 3 months. A change is needed, because coming for a check-up within 24 hours is a patient's right and coming the next day should not be a punishment for the patient, but you have to burden the GP again to issue a new referral. The patient does not get an examination because the health service is talking to him 'on paper', regardless of the fact that he has a valid referral in his hand. Regards.
