Dear Sir or Madam. Some time ago I sold one property and bought another. All the paperwork was arranged through a notary and the changes were entered in the land register. I was therefore surprised when I received a reminder for the second part of the property tax, even though I had appealed against the decision within the deadline. The FURS explained to me that I had to notify them and the municipality of any change, in addition to entering it in the Land Registry. I suggest that consideration be given to the possibility of harmonising the data between the ZK and the FURS, or that the data for all stakeholders could be sorted out at once in a single procedure.
