Hello, In recent years, there has been a lot of investment in rural development, including the construction of fibre broadband networks. Therefore, as an end user of telecommunication services via copper, it is not clear and logical to me why it is not possible to connect to the already existing fibre optic broadband network. This is because it is already laid along the main road of our village of Mala Kostrevnica, Šmarno pri Litija, and a pipe has already been laid to the house (approx. 200m), along which the fibre optic cable is laid. The connection is not possible due to the limitation of the monopoly of the telecommunication operator, which is building a fibre optic network in this area. The connection itself will only be possible after announcement and approval by AKOS (for the second year in a row I have heard promises that it will be next year). As a user, I am not really interested in various "bureaucratic" games, if I can call it that, but in a powerful and quality service, for which I will end up paying myself. So, in the 21st century, legislation really should not restrict but promote access to advanced services. Especially now that you are recommending working from home, and for this way of working you need not only a quality connection, but also a powerful connection. Thank you and best regards
