I suggest that for people who have no relatives, relatives close to them, or who are unable to manage the various administrations and other obligations imposed on them by law, the possibility of introducing personal assistants should be considered. Personal assistants would be the person's proxy, who would carry out authorised tasks on their behalf where necessary or where already permitted by law. They would also deliver them to specific locations if necessary. The advantages and savings are seen in shorter queues, faster processing of documentation for the local population, as several applications are submitted and processed at once, employees do not have to take a day off work or leave to visit the UE or other faster (systemic) processing of applications on the UE side, necessary documents and forms are completed in advance.
