At present, it is only possible to report the loss/loss and order a new card at the nearest ZZZS branch office. Let us allow online cancellation and also online ordering of a new card, without walking. Another very burdensome aspect of the current physical cancellation and ordering is that you cannot just pay for the new card at the Health Insurance Fund, but are simply sent to the nearest bank or post office to pay for the service.
