I have been waiting since November 2019 for a building permit to be issued by the UE for a single family house (now one year and 3 months) and no one will tell me when my application will be processed.
Proposal : Publicly announce the waiting period for each application for a building permit at the UE and make the queue traceable so that there is no rush or control the applications by introducing a controlled first in first out system. and transfer of decision-making to another administrative unit or competent ministry if the delay is greater than the delay provided for in the Building Act or the Administrative Procedure Act.
