We are obliged to respect the precautions taken in 2021 and during the COVID-19 epidemic, and as visitors to the administrative units, we are obliged to respect the precautions taken in the face of this disease. So why is it that in Slovenia many applications at administrative units and municipal administrations still have to be made in person at counters and do not allow for electronic submission and digital validation? After 30 years of Slovenia's independence, could this at least be sorted out for once and thus solve a whole bunch of inconveniences and problems, especially in this health situation?
