I would like to make the following proposal. When reporting guests and overnight stays (guest book) to the Ajpes portal on a daily basis, we encounter problems due to errors in copying the ID number, first name or surname of the guest. These errors are purely human and are to be expected with the large number of registrations made by receptionists. Receptionists and the company may be penalised for the errors, although it is not possible to directly check the correctness of the data entered. The errors that do occur are by no means intentional. I suggest that when receiving data from back-end ERP systems, Ajpes records errors in guest registrations (wrong first name, last name, date of birth, etc.) and provides feedback on which registrations need to be corrected and a reasonable timeframe for correction.
