I, too, am proposing that paternity be settled electronically by means of a certificate. I am now fighting with the CSD, which has misled us into thinking that we should arrange this after birth. Now that there are holidays, only one person who has the first letter of the surname can arrange it and is on holiday, but at the same time we should go to the municipality.
I suggest that you simplify the procedure or complete the information on the eGovernment on how to proceed (once the CSD is in trouble, everything has to be taken out of it, via e-mail what the procedure is and they write call this phone and then do not report or the person who sends you to the municipality...).
