Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to know how it is that a driver who has already bought a vignette in a calendar year cannot use the vignette he has already bought if he changes his car or buys a new car and sells the old one. That is to say, with the certificate he has, he could obtain a vignette for his new car, but the vignette would be removed from the previous one. I realise that this may be a somewhat complicated procedure, but the reality is that when you buy a new car from a garage and sell the old one (e.g. the old one for the new one), you as a citizen are disadvantaged because you have to buy a new vignette again. Maybe the legislation and regulation should be such that in such a case the seller should provide the customer with a vignette, as he will be able to claim that vignette, on the old car, when he sells it. I am aware that, in the case of car owners who sell their cars themselves, they can cash this in at the time of sale and sell a EUR 100 more expensive vehicle, but this is not the case at all, and it is not logical when buying and selling old for new. I would like to thank you for your opinion and your reply, but at the same time I would suggest that it be examined whether this administrative obstacle can be resolved in the future for the benefit of users. Thank you very much.
