Hello, I don't know if I'm at the right place, but I would like to suggest: abolishing the 7-day quarantine for us expats who bring a NEGATIVE CORONAVIRUS test with us to the Slovenian border. The test is 2-3 days old. It is pointless to be quarantined if you are not positive, isn't it!? If you were positive, you would already be quarantined in the country where you took the test and under surveillance (Germany). This applies to all of us negative expats. We come home for a short time for 7-10 days and you have to be quarantined for a few more days, even with a negative copy for CORONAVIRUS. Try to arrange it like they have in neighbouring Austria. If you have a test with you that you are negative you do not have to quarantine. A warm welcome home.
