Dear Sir or Madam,

Tenants who have a permanent residence and a valid tenancy agreement are required to have another certificate, even a certified signature, in order to be able to carry out their activity.
This is a bureaucratic hurdle. Some landlords even live in other countries and it is an additional obstacle for them.

I propose that the requirement for a certificate and a certified signature be abolished.
