Physical activity and sports have many positive effects, which are well proven. In addition to the cardiovascular system, bone metabolism and immune status should be mentioned here. Furthermore, the increase in quality of life through physical training is undisputed, with positive effects for persons of any age. Current data prove that regular moderate training provides the greatest benefits.
