I suggest to the new government that they change the definition of the minimum wage! The definition of the minimum wage should read: Minimum wage definition quote: A worker is entitled to remuneration for work performed of at least the minimum wage if he or she works full time for an employer in the Republic of Slovenia. In the case of part-time work, the worker is entitled to at least a pro rata share of the minimum wage. Thus, the minimum wage is €842.79 (gross), which means that this is the basis for payment and all bonuses are then added to the minimum wage! So the worker is guaranteed to get €842.79 gross and all the allowances that are due are added to that, not now that the worker is guaranteed the minimum wage but all the allowances are included in it. The worker must receive a minimum of 842.79 gross without allowances!!!!!!! The allowances are then added to the guaranteed minimum wage! There is too much exploitation of workers in Slovenia especially those on minimum wage so it is time that the worker is paid fairly and justly for the work they do!
