I propose that the government proposes a new road sign banning cars above a certain level of pollution in a certain area. The sign should be sufficiently general so that the level can then be increased. Such areas could be, for example, near hospitals, kindergartens, schools, nature parks, nature areas, etc., wherever we decide to put up such a sign. At present, no such sign exists. Slovenia is in danger of seeing more older diesel vehicles moving in, and they will be driven out of Germany and other countries, even with subsidies and restrictions. We would probably find it difficult to afford to close entire cities to such vehicles (even though we are supposed to be the green capital), but we can protect the most vulnerable. I will also draw up a separate proposal to restrict (make more expensive) the import of vehicles that are big polluters.
