Every day we read about mountain rescue. In Slovenia, it is free for everyone, or covered by taxpayers' money. Rescuers do it on a voluntary basis.
 
I propose that some kind of symbolic fee (insurance) be introduced, which would go directly to the mountain rescuers and the helicopter unit. So if you go to the mountains, you pay a symbolic amount, which is given to the mountain rescuers. An amount of up to 5€.
